Yesterday’s results: checking the score and match date
Distinguish a missing result from a goalless draw, and account for dates that change between time zones.

Looking up yesterday’s result seems straightforward, but the date may differ between countries and a dataset may not have received the score yet. Check the day, clubs and competition before interpreting the display. A blank result does not mean a goalless draw.
Yesterday in which time zone?
On Bolanor, yesterday means the preceding day in Brasília time. The reference stays the same when you switch languages. For international matches, the stadium’s local date can differ from the Brazilian date after conversion.
If you remember a fixture but cannot find it, check the club and neighbouring dates. Check the year too: results from another season should not be mixed into the current competition.
No score is not the same as 0–0
A 0–0 draw is a match result and must be published as such. A dash, a scheduled time or a missing field does not supply that score. Bolanor includes only fixtures with a result available in its source in Yesterday’s results.
The list can therefore be shorter than the original schedule. It does not necessarily represent every game that finished that day. A missing result might reflect a delay, incomplete coverage or a calendar change; without more information, you cannot pick one explanation.
Check what the score represents
Open the match page and confirm the order of the teams before reading the score. For an official reference, use the competition’s match page. A later correction may not yet have reached the service you are viewing.
In knockout competitions, a match score, extra time, a penalty shoot-out and a two-leg aggregate are different things. Interpret those stages only when the source identifies them. Bolanor does not infer qualification from an isolated score.
Continue from the result
After checking the match, the team page helps you find the next fixture, while the competition page shows calculated standings from the available games. A cup result must not be added to a league’s points table.
Bolanor records when it retrieves the source, but that does not certify when the score was updated. If a result is missing or differs, return to the organiser. Yesterday’s list is not a live-score service.
